If you wish to cancel your order, this is possible within 48 hours, provided it has not yet been prepared. For any cancellation request, please contact us quickly by e-mail. Beyond this period, the order will be dispatched and can no longer be cancelled, but you may exercise your right of return in accordance with our conditions.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, and must not have been fitted, used or damaged. Unfortunately, any product showing signs of fitting or wear cannot be taken back. Return costs are at the customer's expense, except in the event of an error on our part.

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a refund within 7 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
