Before any purchase from professional teams, we carry out a thorough inspection to ensure that the equipment is in excellent condition, perfectly functional and ready to use. Only products meeting our quality requirements are selected; equipment that is too worn or has defects is never offered for sale.

If you wish to cancel your order, this is possible within 48 hours, provided it has not yet been prepared. For any cancellation request, contact us quickly by e-mail. Beyond this period, the order will be dispatched and can no longer be cancelled, but you will be able to exercise your right of return in accordance with our conditions.

We ship all our products via our partner Mondial Relay, a reliable and economical solution to ensure secure delivery. Once your order is confirmed, we prepare and dispatch your parcel within 48 working hours. You will then receive a tracking number to follow your order's delivery in complete transparency.

Your satisfaction is our priority. In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a period of 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return a product to us if it does not suit you.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, and must not have been fitted, used or damaged. Any product showing signs of fitting or wear cannot unfortunately be taken back. Return costs are at the customer's expense, except in the event of an error on our part.

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will proceed with its refund within 7 days, using the same means of payment used at the time of purchase.
