Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) set out the rights and obligations between:

The buyer:
Any natural or legal person making a purchase via the probikestock.com website, hereinafter referred to as âthe Customerâ.
Any order placed on the website implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. Products and availability
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may exist, in particular due to:
- suppliers
- display differences depending on the screens used by customers
The products offered for sale are new, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product title or description.
Product offers are valid while stocks last.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between:
- a refund for the unavailable product
- waiting for restocking
- an equivalent replacement product
3. Prices and payment
3.1 Prices
Product prices are shown in euros (âŹ), inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time the order is validated.
3.2 Payment methods
The Customer may pay for purchases using the payment methods offered on the website, in particular:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
Payments are secured via Shopify Payments or partner payment providers.
No banking data is stored by the Seller.
4. Order and validation
4.1 Ordering process
- Selection of products and addition to the basket

- Choice of delivery method
- Secure payment
- Receipt of an order confirmation email
The order is considered final once payment has been validated.
4.2 Order refusal
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order, in particular in the event of:
- a dispute with the Customer
- total or partial non-payment of a previous order
- fraud or suspected fraud
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery times and methods
Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 5 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery is carried out via the carrier chosen by the Customer when ordering.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- the carrier
- the destination
- logistical conditions
The Seller cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or to circumstances beyond its control.
5.2 Delivery charges
Delivery charges are shown before final validation of the order.
They vary depending on:
- the carrier chosen
- the weight of the parcel
- the destination
5.3 Delivery-related issues
The Customer must check the condition of the parcel upon receipt.
In the event of a damaged, missing or lost product, the Customer must report the incident within 48 hours of receipt by contacting customer service:

6. Right of withdrawal
6.1 Withdrawal period
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
6.2 Return conditions
To be eligible for return:
- the product must be new
- unused
- returned in its original packaging

Return costs are borne by the Customer, except in the event of an error by the Seller.
The Customer also assumes the risks associated with shipping the parcel. In the event of loss, delay or damage during transport, the Seller cannot be held liable. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days using the original payment method.
6.3 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Certain products cannot be returned:
- personalised or made-to-measure items
- digital content
- unsealed or used products
7. Warranties and after-sales service
7.1 Legal warranty
All products benefit from:
- the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code)
- the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code)
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the Customer may request:
- a replacement
- a repair
- a refund if no other solution is possible

8. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the products sold, except in the cases provided for by law.
It is the Customerâs responsibility to check that the products ordered are compatible with their intended use.

The Customerâs personal data is collected solely for order processing and customer relationship management.
The website is hosted and secured by Shopify.
In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by contacting:

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use the mediator free of charge:

11. Force majeure
The Seller cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure: natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, logistical disruptions or any event beyond its control.
12. Amendment of the T&Cs
The Seller reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.
The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order.
